Sparkle & Support's jewelry is crafted with genuine Swarovski crystals and sterling silver beads/components. If you are unsatisfied with any product you receive, please let us know. You may return any item within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the cost of the item. Original shipping and insurance costs are NOT refundable. Please return items in the original package or carefully wrapped. Include your receipt with returned items and reason.
If you ordered the wrong size, you may exchange your bracelet for a fee to cover the cost of resizing your bracelet and any additional beads/supplies needed. Return shipping costs are additional and prices vary depending on the shipping method chosen. Please see the bracelets section of our site to purchase the resizing option. It is recommended that you measure your wrist and add 3/4 - 1 inch to that measurement to get the appropriate bracelet size for the best fit.
All jewelry is sold in the standard size or with the standard fittings unless otherwise requested by the customer. Custom lengths/sizes, clasps and earring fittings (pierced leverbacks and clip-ons) are available. Please select the appropriate option when placing your order. All jewelry is handmade when your order is placed. We do not stock ready-made items. Your order will ship out within 3-5 business days (5-7 business days during the holiday season) from the time payment is received/cleared. Please place your order well in advance to allow for the making and shipping of you item. (The expected delivery time of your order is 3-5 days PLUS the number of days for the method of shipping you select.)
Sparkle & Support is located in Chicago, Illinois and currently only ships to the United States, Australia, Canada and Great Britain. International orders only ship via Priority International Mail.
