We craft our jewelry with genuine Swarovski crystals and sterling silver beads/components. If you are unsatisfied with any product you receive, please let us know. You may return any item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Original shipping and insurance costs are non refundable. Please return items in the original package or carefully wrapped. Include your receipt with returned items and reason.

Custom lengths/sizes, clasps and earring fittings (pierced leverbacks and clip-ons) are available upon request. All jewelry is sold in the standard size or with the standard fittings unless otherwise requested by the customer. Please be sure to mention any changes when placing your order. Since most of our items are handmade, your order will ship within 3-5 business days from the time payment is received.
