By placing your order, you agree to the following conditions: Please be sure to review your product details and sizes carefully before submitting your order. Bracelets returned or exchanged for a different size will incur a resizing fee per bracelet to accommodate labor and supplies. Return shipping costs are additional and vary depending on speed chosen. See our Store Policy page for more information on resizing or returns.

PLEASE NOTE: All bracelets and necklaces are handmade to order and will ship out 3-5 business days from a cleared payment. (This does NOT include the shipping time but just the creation of your handmade order. Estimated shipping time is 3-5 days from the date of your order PLUS the speed in which you choose to ship.) Custom sizes/designs or large orders may require additional handling time. Please place orders at least 1-2 weeks in advance of an event or holiday to allow enough time for the creation of your jewelry and shipping. Please contact us at or 773.218.7675 if you wish to inquire about delivery times if your item is for a special occasion that is time sensitive. Orders requiring overnight delivery must be placed by 1pm CST to arrive the next day. Overnight orders must provide a contact phone number to confirm order questions. We cannot guarantee Saturday Delivery to all locations.

International orders are only shipping via Priority International Mail, due to customs regulations and the ability for package tracking with insurance. PLEASE NOTE: International orders are subject to customs review and may incur customs charges. These customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. (We are currently only taking orders from the US, Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom. Check back soon for other international shipping options.)
